This micro-credential covers a range of practical tips to adapt, collaborate and communicate with peers. Workplaces are changing into modern and dynamic environments. They are flexible, adaptive and dynamic, using technology and adapting structures to facilitate communication and collaboration.

This micro-credential provides an overview of:

  1. Understanding a dynamic work environment
  2. Collaborating and communicating utilisation of new tools
  3. Communicating in a dynamic environment
  4. Understanding the adaptation required for new communications and technologies.

This micro-credential provides a non-creditable micro-credential and digital badge which can be shared to your social networks and displayed in your professional portfolio. Participants will also be issued with a Certificate of Completion.
