This online Short Course will discuss conflict and dispute resolution strategies for leaders and managers in the business setting. Beginning with an investigation into the nature of workplace conflict, you will explore the intricate dynamics of antagonism that may arise among co-workers and identify the causes of such conflicts. The importance of conflict management to the harmonious and productive operations of the workplace will be emphasised with an exploration of a number of theoretical models that explain the dynamics of argumentation, conflict escalation and workplace relationships.
