Course Details

Course Summary

Menopause is the official cessation of periods. However, just like puberty, this hormonal shift is unique to each woman in both severity of symptoms and length of duration. These factors have an effect on the health and fitness goals of your peri and postnatal client.

There are distinct differences that impact on results between training older women to older men. This online Short Course will include the right questions to ask to engage empathetically and the right modifications needed to ensure your fitness programming and practices are catering to both menopausal and post-menopausal women.

This online Short Course provides a non-creditable micro-credential and digital badge which can be shared to your social networks and displayed in your professional portfolio.

The fee for this short course will be $75.
