Course Summary

This online Short Course will provide guidelines for the health and fitness professional to work with corporate groups to facilitate health and wellness programs, and team building activities with their employees. The course will provide recommended pre-screening, program adaptation, and modification for employees with specific needs. A risk management tool and examples of team building activities are outlined as well as recommendations for gaining participation and tracking results to evaluate the program.

This online Short Course provides a non-creditable micro-credential and digital badge which can be shared to your social networks and displayed in your professional portfolio.

The fee for this short course will be $90.

This course provides Professional Development for health and/or fitness professionals.

Undertaking this course enables students to meet their Continuing Professional Development obligations and industry update requirements in their profession. Upon successful completion of the course, students will be awarded Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours, a non-creditable micro-credential (Digital Badge) and a Certificate of Completion.

If you are a Registered Exercise Professional with Fitness Australia as a Group Exercise/Gym Instructor or greater, you will also be eligible to attain Fitness Australia CECs on the successful completion of this course.

This is a Fitness Australia Accredited micro-credential. To gain your CEC’s you will be required to upload your certificate into your CEC diary on your Fitness Australia account and select your approved course for Fitness Australia to verify.
