This online resource provides skills development in a range of workforce development topics identified by cotton growers as being key to attract, develop and retain an adaptable and engaged workforce to the Australian cotton industry. These include knowledge and skills relation to five areas of workforce development including social sustainability, human sustainability, innovative workplaces, future focus, and transformative leadership (these topics form the acronym SHIFT) in the cotton farming context.
