This online micro-credential outlines the concept of mindsets, which are the ways in which one thinks about their abilities and qualities. Students are introduced to two mindsets: a fixed mindset and a growth mindset, and the ways in which each mindset affects one’s thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and actual outcomes such as success and achievement. Students are encouraged to identify ways that they can move from a fixed mindset to having a growth mindset approach in their own lives, or to help those they work with to develop a growth mindset approach throughout the micro credential.
This is a non-creditable micro-credential which is awarded a digital badge and Certificate of Completion which can be shared to your social networks and displayed in your professional portfolio.
