This is a hands-on, two hour course introducing participants to the diverse skills needed to gain employment in a cafe, coffee shop or coffee roastery or to simply impress all your friends. Participants will learn about a range of different popular brewing methods such as Cold Brew Drip Filter, Japanese Syphon, Brewover, Chemex, Aeropress and Pourover.
