PT Thiess has a third party Fee-For-Service agreement with CQUniversity to deliver this course to the staff, similar to the way the apprenticeship program is delivered. However, as these students are off-shore, they will not receive a trade certificate only the Testamur. All compliance documentation for the trainers and the organisation is held on SharePoint in the VET Contract Management System and goes through an approval process through Claude Favero, the Director and Peter Heilbuth, PVC. This agreement is reviewed and renewed annually, as well as, internally audited annually. With the audit one year, it is a desktop audit and the next year two representatives travel to Indonesia to conduct training and validation panels with the trainers.
