Study Mode Definitions
*All study modes may include Vocational placement and/or work integrated learning.
Select a course structure below to view the delivery details, including the different study modes offered for each structure.
The actual duration of study for this course will be determined by 3 factors.
1. Number of units required - students will only be enrolled in the units deemed necessary by the ESO
2. Availability of spots in the required units - students will be slotted into scheduled apprentice blocks that have those units but this will be subject to apprentice class numbers.
3. Availability of the student - students will be offered spots in available units but if they cannot attend due to other circumstances then they will need to wait for the next availability for that unit which could take some time.
Standard Course Structure FFS UEEEL0039 is the only core unit and it must be completed last due to all other units in this short course being pre-requisites for this unit. Applicants will be enrolled in the required units with pre-requisites in mind. However, all other pre-requisites will be waived due to the Electrical Safety Offices determination that those units have been fulfilled and these units are the only ones required to upskill the applicant.
