Glencore Coal chose units specifically for this skill set of AUR20 units to upskill their first-year apprentices. These units cover servicing heavy vehicle engines, braking systems, transmissions, hydraulic systems, final drive assemblies, mobile plan suspension and mobile plant steering systems.
Students must be employed as a Glencore apprentice and indentured in the MEM30319/ MEM31922 Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade and the MEM30219 Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade qualifications.
