This course provides an understanding of learning styles, personal responsibilities, and strategies to help you maintain study habits that are Creative, Reflective, Effective, Active and Motivated (CREAM) (Cottrell 2013).

Students who successfully complete the set of 9 Short Courses* developed from the unit SKIL40025 Preparation Skills for University, (which forms part of the Skills for Tertiary Education Preparatory Studies (STEPS) CL03), may be eligible for credit transfer, pending all other entry requirements to the Skills for Tertiary Education Preparatory Studies (STEPS) CL03 are being met, as automatic entry will not apply.
