Microcredential Summary

The Human Services Quality Standards provide a nationally consistent statement of the level of care consumers should be able to expect from community care service organisations.

This online micro-credential will provide an overview of each of the six Standards and outline their relevance to the consumer, organisational service staff and other relevant stakeholders.

Undertaking this micro-credential enables students to meet their Continuing Professional Development obligations and industry update requirements in their profession. Upon successful completion of the course, students will be awarded Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours, a non-creditable micro-credential (Digital Badge) and a Certificate of Completion.
