Feedback, Recommendations and Responses
Every unit is reviewed for enhancement each year. At the most recent review, the following staff and student feedback items were identified and recommendations were made.
Feedback from SUTE Teacher Evaluations, 2025
'I really loved the voice feedback for assignments.'
While assessments may evolve to accommodate artificial intelligence (AI) feedback by way of rubric supported by formative audio responses appears effective and will be continued.
Feedback from Industry engagement
Embedding property technologies and AI
Advances in property technologies and specifically AI have the practice of statutory valuation changing. The changing practice and tools are discussed and demonstrated in class. There is potential to more formally address this change elsewhere in the unit information, outcomes and assessment.
